Did you delete your Hornet account and want to resume your membership on a new one? Or have you just become a member, but your account wasn’t automatically updated? No worries! You can manually restore your membership by following these steps.
On the App
- Open the Hornet app and go to your Profile.
- Tap the ⋯ (three‑dot) icon in the upper‑right corner.
- In the menu, tap “Settings.”
- Select the “Upgrade to Premium” option.
- Select “Restore Purchases” at the bottom of the screen.
- Restart your app.
On the Web
The Restore Purchases feature is currently available only on Hornet’s mobile versions (Android and iOS). If you become a member through our web version and your membership benefits are missing, please write to us at feedback@hornet.com.
