How can I restore my Membership?

Did you delete your Hornet account and want to resume your membership on a new one? Or have you just become a member, but your account wasn’t automatically updated? No worries! You can manually restore your membership by following these steps.

On the App

  1. Open the Hornet app and go to your Profile.
  2. Tap the ⋯ (three‑dot) icon in the upper‑right corner.
  3. In the menu, tap “Settings.”
  4. Select the “Upgrade to Premium” option.
  5. Select “Restore Purchases” at the bottom of the screen.
  6. Restart your app.

On the Web

The Restore Purchases feature is currently available only on Hornet’s mobile versions (Android and iOS). If you become a member through our web version and your membership benefits are missing, please write to us at feedback@hornet.com.
